しかし、私自身英語が得意で無い為、意見の交換が上手く出来ない場面も多くありました。
塩田社長のスピーチでも言われたように昨今の世界情勢は日々、早いスピードで進んでいる中で世界共通語の英語を話せないことで遅れを取っていると実感し、自分がどれだけ国際感覚が無いのかを痛感致しました。
ワールドシッピングと上海代理店との関係を強化すには、社員一人ひとりが国際社会で戦える競争力を持ち国際感覚を身に着ける事で初めて関係が良くなり『信頼』を勝ち取ることが出来ると思いました。
