我々は腐食を防ぐための重要な要素が2つあると考えています。

鋭敏化を防ぐためにはオーブンの温度を急速に冷やす必要があります。
我々は下記の条件で急冷を行っています。

もし製品のアッセンブル後に熱処理を加える場合は、熱により製品が歪む可能性が高いです。
加えて、既存の製品はカシメで金具をとめているため、より歪みが大きくなり、
製品と金具がきちんとシールされず、リークする可能性があります。

前のスライドと重複しますが、弊社のプロセスについて説明致します。

We believe that there are two important factors to prevent corrosion.

We have to cool down the temperature of oven rapidly to prevent the condition stricter.
we are cooing down based the following conditions.

If we add processing heat after assembling the item, it is highly possible that the item is distorted by heat.
In addition to that, metal is set by using fastening at the existing item, it is distorted more where the item and metal are not sealed sufficiently. As a result, it might leak.

It is already been shown in the slide we used before, but I will explain our process.

I will show you the item from factory afterwards.
