荷物番号○○と▲▲の送料について質問です。この2つは10月中に発送依頼をしました。しかし25% Shipping Discountがされていません。これはなぜですか？25％の送料を私のアカウントに戻していただけますでしょうか？お返事お待ちしています。

I understand that the discount does not apply if the request is made in October, but the shipment is shipped in November. If that's the case, then the package number ■■ was shipped in October, but you don't get the 25% shipping discount.
