if more than “50pcs”, we can discuss an extended delivery date for the extra watches for the new production run of watches. The manufacturer have the option to refund the order if the extra quantity does not meet the production MOQ of 300pcs.

Shipment for any replacement will be borne by the Distributor. We will provide free repair or 1to1 exchange depending on the nature of the defect.
