10日に茶色の服をお送りし、間違えてお送りした商品はFedExに連絡して日本に返送されるよう手配しました。
しかしアメリカで返送手配が間に合わなかったため、あなたへ配送してしまった、と本日FedExから連絡がありました。
届いた荷物を開けて残念な気持ちにさせてしまい申し訳ございません。お詫びに青の服はあなたへプレゼントしますので、良かったら使って下さい。

Thank you for your additional order.
However, we shipped to you a wrong item as blue clothes mistakenly on the 9th despite a plural number of mistakes.
We shipped brown clothes on the 10th and we arranged to have the wrong item returned to Japan by FedEx.
But FedEx has informed us today that this arrangement of returning in the US could not be processed because of not enough time, therefore, it was returned to you.
I am terribly sorry to make you disappointed as opening the package at this time.
I will give blue clothes to you as a token of my apology.
