分解の手順は以下の通りです。
1.前後の配管を外す（動画では実施済み）
2.ヒータを外す（ただし、ヒータを外す前に容器を温めておく必要はある）
3.六角穴付きボルトを外し、容器とアウトレットカバーとインレットカバーに分解する
4.溶剤・熱処理などで付着している樹脂を除去する
5.エレメントを外す

現状ではエレメントが外れているようですので、エレメントが容器内で浮いている状態となります。
次工程は容器の分解になるかと思いますが、その際にエレメントを傷つけないように注意してください。

The steps for disassembly are as follows.

4. Remove resin adhered by solvents, heat treatment, etc.
5. Remove the element.

Since the element seems to be detached at this point, the element is floating in the container.
