私は現在はCOVID-19のことをそれほど怖れていないので、トルコへ渡航したいのですが日本政府から現在欧州への出国中止を要請されているため延期とさせて頂きました。

As I am not afraid of Covid-19 much, I want to go to Turkey. But as Japanese government stopped leaving European countries now, I postponed it.
After its limit is removed, I will adjust schedule of the surgery again by contacting E.
