バイヤーが商品を私に返品しないことは犯罪になりますよ。その犯罪行為をebayサイドは許すのですか？
お金も払わないで、商品を受け取ることをebayサイドが許すことは私は信じられません。これは立派な詐欺行為です。
バイヤーが私に商品を送り返すようにebayから指示を出して下さい。数ヶ月前にもコロナの影響で日本郵便の発送に２ヶ月前後かかり、ebayがバイヤーに勝手に返金をした後、バイヤーは商品を受け取りましたが、その後支払いはしていません。これも立派な犯罪ですよ。

It is an offence that the buyer does not return me items.
Does eBay allow the crime?
Without paying and receiving the items, I can't believe this will be allowed at the eBay.
I am sure this is a fraud action.
eBay should instruct that the buyer has to return the item to me.
Also a few months ago, it took 2 month or so in order to ship by Japan Post due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After eBay refunded the buyer without any further notice, the buyer received the items but it didn't pay. I am sure this is a major illegal action.
