B57のカメラの件です。現在の最新のファームウェアのバージョンが、v9.04.01です。ファームウェアマニュアルのバージョンがｖ9.02．27です。現在設置していただいているカメラのファームウェアのバージョンがかなり古く、ｖ9.02．10になっています。マニュアルとの相違が多すぎるのでファームウェアのバージョンが古いことに気がつきました。カメラを最新のファームウェアのバージョンに更新してもらえませんか？ 更新してまた設置してもらえると助かります。

Currently, the newest version of the firmware should be v9.04.01. The manual is for v9.02. 27. The firmware version of the camera we have right now is very outdated, which is v9.02 10.
