私のTさんへ試作発送のお願いメールをしたの米国時間の先週木曜日16時頃です。直ぐに返信をくれたTさんからあなた宛に試作の発送に関してのメールが送られたのを見て、急ぎ案件なので念の為FACEBOOKとインスタグラムのメッセンジャーを使って私は貴方にメールを確認するようにメッセージをおくりましたが、残念なら貴方がそれを確認できたのは週末だったのでしょうか？　先週金曜に貴方が送ったというメールは私には届いてません。
今からフ荷物集荷の手配を行います、別途集荷に関してのメールをします・

I sent the request email to Mr. T for the trial shipping last Thursday around 4PM American time. From Mr. T, who replied immediately, I saw that the email regarding the trial delivery has been sent to your email address. Since it's a sudden matter, just in case, I sent a message to you via Facebook and Instagram messenger so you would check your email, but unfortunately you were only able to check in the weekend, I think? The email you said you sent last Friday did not arrive to me.
