商品が到着しましたが、
はじめからシュリンクがついていない状態で届き、
パッケージの中にディスクが入っていませんでした。

フロリダから日本に転送を行っていますが、
コロナウィルスの影響で遅延が発生したため、
7月下旬に日本に到着しました。
（フロリダで荷受けから配送までに1か月程度の遅れが発送）

証明としてフロリダの転送会社のインボイスの提出が可能です。
フロリダから日本への追跡番号は「xxx」です。

明らかな商品の過失のため、
返送なしで全額返金を求めます。

Although the item has arrived, the shrink wasn't included and the disk wasn't in the package.

The item has been transferred from the state of Florida to Japan, it arrived in late July as the coronavirus pandemic situation. (It resulted in 1 month of delay from the receipt of the item in Florida to the transfer).

To prove it, the invoice of the transferring firm of Florida has to be submitted.
The tracking number from Florida to Japan is xxx.

This is an obvious missing of the item so that I am requesting a full refund without returning.
