もう一つのお荷物は無事受け取ることができましたが、こちらの荷物に関しては
運悪く税関で止められてしまいました。
どうやら日本では、この商品は医療機器としての扱いになってしまい、
医師免許が必要なため、個人では輸入できないそうなんです。
このままだと破棄されてしまうので、税関には荷物を送り返すように言われました。
荷物を送り返すしか選択肢がありませんので、ご返金いただけますでしょうか？
また、返送費も負担していただけるのでしょうか？返金はPayPalにお願いします。

I was able to receive the other package fine, but unfortunately, this one has been stopped at the customs.
They said this item is considered as medical supply in Japan and you need a doctor's license to import it, so I cannot import it as an individual.
If I leave it at the customs, they will dispose the item, so I was told to ship it back.
Since I have no choice other than shipping it back to you, could you please refund the amount I paid?
Also, would it be possible for you to cover for the shipping cost?
