１．ロンドンの住所が記載されていますが、これはあなたの会計事務所の住所ですか？
　　それとも私がVATナンバーを取得した時に登録した住所でしょうか？

２．B001がどこに記載されているのか分かりませんでした。
　　B00はありました
　　金額と思われる部分を赤枠でしめしました。この金額を元に算出していますか？

1. It shows the address in London but is it the address of your accouting office?
Or is it the address which was registered when I got VAT number?

2. I'm not sure where B001 is written.
I have found B00.
I highlighted the parts I think it is the amount.
Do you calculate based on this amount?
