注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。

なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。

The phone I ordered has just arrived, but it was already opened and the initial setup was already done. Also a lot of fingerprints were left.
The voucher number was fake (the another number for the package which was sent one week later was genuine. ). It was so disappointing that what I bought was in used condition instead of brand new one.
I request a refund of the payment.
By the way, I ordered another one on May 10 from other shop because your shipment was so delayed, it has already arrived on May 18. This one was not opened and the initial setup was not done.
