注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。

なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。

I received a Smartphone I ordered. But I found that it was already opened. In addition, initial setting up was already finished, and there were many fingerprints.
The slip number I received was fake (the one I received one week later was authentic). I am very disappointed that I received the item under this condition. I believed that it is brandnew.
Please issue me a partial refund.

It was sent behind schedule. I ordered another one from another shop on May 10th, and received it on May 8th. It was neither opened nor set up.
