商品の追跡確認をお願いします
商品到着まで出品者の義務があるのはご存知と思います
1週間待ちます
その後は残念ですが、tarderaかpaypalから異議を申し立てます

The item I bid and won from you has not yet been delivered.
It is possible to track the item back only up to the point "in Malta as of 29th last year".
I requested the Japan postal services for them to investigate but I have only found that they are unable to investigate any packages outside Japan.
It is over three weeks after the payment was made.
I have accounts with eBay and has dealt with eBay USA, and with eBay UK.
I have never experienced such a long delivery delay for an item from Switzerland.
Please track the item at your end.
I believe you are aware that a seller has full responsibilities to have an item delivered to his/her buyer.
I shall wait for another week.
However, if the item is not delivered in a week from today, I shall file my claim either with Paypal or tardera.
