If you and the seller do not reach a resolution after seven days, you can click "escalate" in your case in the Resolution Center and eBay will make a final decision. After escalating, a Customer Support agent will review your case and contact you within 72 hours. If you do not escalate, your case will automatically close 30 days from when it was filed.
