It cannot be modified or sized, must still be in new condition with all tags, paperwork protective wraps, etc. We could send another watch for exchange only after the first is received and the condition is verified. If you would like another sent before verification of the original, you will need to pay for the second one, and when we receive the first, we would verify and refund your money for that first watch. In this case though, if the first watch is found to not be in new, unused condition, then we would ship your watch back to you upon payment of approximately $40 USD for shipping charges.

返品交換の場合は、調整やサイズ直しがない新品の状態で、タグや保証書なども同梱の上お送りください。商品の到着及び状態確認ののち代わりの時計をお送りします。確認前に新たにもう一つご希望の場合はその分の代金をお支払いください。最初の商品を確認次第代金をお返しいたします。
お送りいただいた商品が開封後の場合、約４０米ドルの送料をご負担いただいての返送をさせていただきます。
