先日の送って頂いた荷物に一部破損がみられておりました。

配送された商品の一部(3点)が壊れていました。
１つはバイク模型の部品の破損、1つは車模型の外箱および本体の損傷、1つは犬の人形のパッケージの損傷がみられていました。
DHLには連絡済みで補償対応をして頂けるとのことです。MyUSを通じて補償の手続きをしてほしいと指示がありましたので、ご連絡させて頂きました。

I have found some damages on part of the luggage that was sent the other day.
The tracking number is ●.
Part of the goods(3 items) that have been delivered was broken.
One damage found on the motorcycle model's parts (or accessories), one damage found on the box and also the body of the car model, another damage found on the package of the puppy doll.
Has already contacted DHL regarding the corresponding compensation. I was instructed to go through MyUS for the necessary compensation claims process, that is the reason I am contacting you.
Please contact me regarding the compensation claims process due to the damaged on delivery.

1. bike model's parts damage. 2. Car model's package and body have damage. 3. The dog toy's package has damage as well.
I had contact with DHL and discussed the compensation correspondence. They asked me through MyUS to process the compensation and I already done with this.
Regarding goods damage's compensation please contact with correspondence units.
