東京ビッグサイトの会議棟８階に９月５日、西麻布のイタリアンの名店がオープン。
レストラン「アルポルト」は人気の片岡護シェフがプロデュースし、ゆったりした空間で人気のパスタランチを楽しめる。また、夜にはベイエリアの夜景を眺めながら、ディナーを堪能できるほか、貸切パーティー・懇親会としても利用できる。
オープン前日のプレオープン披露会には関係者ら約100人が出席。メニュー紹介やコンサートなどが行なわれた。
片岡シェフは「大勢の方々に足を運んいただき楽しんでいただきたい」と抱負を語った。
A well-established Italian restaurant in Nishi Azabu has opened the branch on the 8th floor of Conference Tower in Tokyo Big Sight since Sep. 5th.
The restaurant "Al Porto", which was produced by the popular chef Mamoru Kataoka, provides you with enjoyable lunch time with pasta at the spacious place. In addition, while admiring the night view of the Bay Area, you will be satisfied with dinner. You can also use the restaurant as a social gathering charter party.
About 100 attendees were invited to the pre-open party which was held on Sep. 4th, and they enjoyed menu introduction and concerts.
Chef Kataoka expressed his wish, "I want a large number of people to visit the restaurant and have their good time."
