「プロダクト」⇒「プロダクトの管理」
⇒アップロードする商品の選択
⇒真ん中のあたりにある「アクションの選択」
⇒「選択したものをeBayに出品」を選択
これで、アップロードが完了すると思います。

Which browser do you use?
I just tried Safari and couldn't choose items.
But I could do with Google Chrome.
I tell you how to upload items.
"Products" -> "Managing Products"
-> Choose an item to upload
-> Click "Choose action" in the middle
-> Click "Upload the chosen item on eBay"
I think this will complete the upload.
