１、山田薬局は、名古屋支社で取り組む事となり、６月末にプロジェクトが解散。
２、山田薬局は、新規開発クライアントとして、田中チームの利益につながらなかった。３、このプロジェクトの事前調査段階で、私は業界情報収集、整理などを担当した。特に２００９年６月の薬事法改正時には、ドラッグストア各社の動向をスタッフと共有する資料作成に努めた。４、また新宿店舗周辺のドラッグストアー調査の時には、篠塚ADCをサポートし、調剤薬局を含む競合環境に関する報告書を作成した。
1. The Yamada pharmacy was decided to work at Nagoya branch office and disbanded the project at the end of June.
2.The Yamada pharmacy did not lead to the profit of Tanaka team as a new development client.
3. At the preliminary investigation of this project, I was in charge of data gathering and arrangement of this market. Especially, at the revision of Pharmaceutical Affairs Act on June 2009, I worked out to make the documents to share the trend of each drag stores with our staffs.
4. And also, when we investigated the drag stores around Shinjuku area, I supported the Shinozuka ADC, made the reports for competitive environment including dispensing pharmacy.
