支払いは、２回に分けて支払うと振込手数料がかかるので一括払いますので
請求書の作成を至急お願いします。
春夏商品なので、早めに売りたいので支払いも来週中に手配します。
また、来週の火曜日か木曜日 郊外に営業しに行きますが、宜しいでしょうか

Regarding the T-shirts, please arrange shipment for the end of April and mid-June separately.
I will pay off in full to avoid double bank transfer fee. Please make out an invoice as soon as possible.
