こちらで再度テストいたしましたが、ご指摘の箇所含め、全てアドオン購入できました。念のため、日本語環境、英語環境、iOSの複数のバージョンでも動作検証いたしましたが、問題ありませんでした。
再度、お試しいただくことはできないでしょうか。

We made an another test here, including the parts you pointed out, and successfully puchased all add-ons. Just to be safe, we checked out the following operation verification, Japanese environment, English environment and several versions of iOS, and found no problems.
