Our growth has put me in the office more, but that doesn't mean I don't get out frequently either to the crag or into the production facility to stay in touch with what is best for you, the customer. We love to grow but not at the expense of our customer service, which is our number one priority. If you have a question, comment or concern, you can call or email me anytime. On any given day, you can find me answering the phone, reviewing and responding to email, designing holds or saying that we will get it on the truck for you today kind of thing, but I don’t do it alone.
