If you are like most people, you will discover that you value things differently than you used to and that you haven't adjusted how you live your life to the new values. While you are doing this spring-cleaning of your mind, take a look at other things that are outmoded. Perhaps you associate with people who no longer share your values. These people can drain you if they are negative and are pulling you down.
