私達は、御社との、契約内容と取引状況について審査中です。今日までの取引状況より、引き続き御社とタイにおける独占販売契約を継続していくことはほぼ不可能です。理由は契約数量に対し大幅な不足があるためです。御社より、タイの市場報告やセールスレポートを頂いていますが、私達としては、製品が150箱しか売れない市場に独占販売権を付与し続けることはできません。独占販売契約を解消後の状況を想定しても、この決定が覆ることは無いと思います。

We are evaluating the content of contract and conditions of transaction with your company. Until today, seen from the transaction conditions, it is almost impossible for your company to continue having the exclusive sales contract in Thailand. The reason is that the contracted amount is very insufficient. We have received the Thailand market report and sales report from your company, but for us, we cannot continue the exclusive sales rights in a market where you can only sell 150 cases of our products. Even considering the conditions after the exclusive sales contract has been revoked, there is no reason to change this decision.

We are evaluating our contract and past transaction record with your company.
Due to transaction history till today, it is almost impossible to continue our exclusive agreement in Thailand.
The reason is because of large shortage quantity compared to target quantity as per agreed upon signing contract.
We had received Thailand’s market report and sales report but we can not continue giving exclusive marketing rights to a market where only 150 cartons can be sold.
Taking future situation after elimination of exclusive contract into consideration, our decision will remain same.

Contract and business with you are under consideration now. It is impossible to continue the exclusive sales contract in Thailand with you because your sales volume is too small than the contracted quantity. We are receiving market research reports and sale reports in Thailand from you. It is impossible for us to allow the exclusive sales contract to the market where only 150 boxes were sold. This decision would not change even if we canceled the exclusive sales contract with you.
