準拠法の定めがなかったので、英国法を追記しました。
Arbitrationは中国での仲裁が提案されていますが、
公平性の観点からシンガポールでの仲裁に修正しています。
Contract に新たに添付されていた 資料についての追加費用ですが、
下記2点でコストインパクトと納期インパクトが発生致します。
提出から何日後に支払われるのか記載されていません。記載をお願い致します。

Although the arbitration is proposed in China, I have revised it to that of Singapore, from the standpoint of fairness.
As for the additional expenses on the document attached to a new contract, the cost impact along with delivery impact will arise for the following 2 points.
