Translation Results Requested Through Conyac Made Public

I signed up for the VAT Calculation.
Amazon has been collecting VAT since January and tax is paid though them.
The VAT rate applies to what Amazon has decided.
Please see the attachment for details.
Originally, zero rates were also taxed.
I asked them for a rate change, but Amazon rejected my request.

So I have a few questions.
・I submitted a list of products for zero rates to your company, and do I still need to submit the following declaration?
・Sales of VAT are taxed through Amazon. The only thing I have to submit is a declaration of payment of tax to HMRC and an import VAT refund procedures, right?
