Actually the contents of application is same when you buy commercial version or make a purchase from free version.Please be sure that you do not make double purchase.
Further, this purchase is only for an english(English version).You need make purchase for each page if you want to access Chinese(Simplified chinese version), Chinese(Traditional chinese version), and Korean(Korean version) page.
