私達は4台のピューリタンマシンを所有しています。
添付した画像のマシンを一本針から二本針に変更して使用したいと考えています。
前に送って頂いた見積書と、二本針に変更予定のマシン、スペース確認用(インチ、ミリ)の画像を添付します。
前の見積書には3/16インチスペースで記載がありますが、スペースの変更をお願いします。
スペースの希望は添付した写真よりほんの少しだけ広めの3ミリメートル、1/8インチが理想です。

We have four Puritan machines. Regarding the machine we attached the image, we want to change to double needle from single needle.
We would attach previous estimate, the image of machine we intend to change, and the image to ckeck the space (inch, mm).
Though previous estimate showed 3/16 space, but we want to change that.
We would like to request 3mm, 1/8inch, it is just a little wide than the attained image.
