Hi I want to add to my message that the LLadro Figurine I sent you was in perfect condition (mint) it was no petal missing otherwise I would informed. I you received it broken is because it was harm during the shipping, that's why I send it very good package and with USPS insurance. I you found a petal missing must be in the box or the buble rap the figurine was. So please verify because that was not the condition I send you the figurine. Thank you.
