こんにちは、ebayとの話し合いをしました。支払っていただいたお金をpaypalが凍結しています。商品をお受け取りいただいたらその旨をpaypalへ伝えてもらえませんか。商品が到着していないのなら、本日全額を返金します。それとも不服の申し立てをされたのですか。
paypalかebayが支払金額をどちらかに振り込まないと何もできません。商品の到着あるいは支払いの振込前にこのような状況にはなったことがなく、どのくらいの期間が続くのか分かりません。私の評価をご覧いただけると正直な売り手であることが分かると思います。
