今回のコンテナは現在の注文分で満載となるので、追加の混載の余裕はありません。
輸出者はこの出荷で代替品を送ることができ、かつこの商品は輸出者が道具を発送するのと同じ時期に修理することができます。
しかし、今回はそれは不可能です。なぜなら輸出者がこのクレーム費用の半分を請求しているからです。
以上、この不利なつり合い分を含んだ請求書を送付しますのでご参照ください。
