As a result that we rechecked the details with A, we concluded as follows. We had misunderstood of question B on the way of confirming. This 7 dollars should be basically the cost to occur in C so that D should also pay this.
According to A's confirmation, S is necessary to refer the multiple columns, different from ordinary
matter. 7 dollars was secured from F point of time as this allocation.

We urged the consolidated delivery service (A company) to issue MBL number, but hadn't received any e-mails.
The person in charge of AMS transmission mistook to register for the concerned BL as transmitted on the internal shared sheet, so unsent situation wasn't recognized.
After the ship had left, A company informed MBL and we noticed AMS unsent.
