今まで、忍耐を持ってAmazonの書類の要求に応えてきましたが、アカウント開設のゴールが全く見えてきません。
何度も同じような指示をするのではなく、一度に指示をしてください。今まで何種類の書類を提出しているかご存知ですか?メールの度に担当者が別々で、的を得た指示がされずとても困惑しています。この認証のプロセスは遊びではありません。3ヶ月という時間のロスに責任を取ってもらいたいです。直接ボスに話をしたいので連絡先を教えてください。本当に埒があきません。。
I have been putting up with request for documents from Amazon, but I cannot see any goal of opening the account.
Instead of giving similar instructions over and over, please give instructions all at once. Do you know how many kinds of documents I have submitted so far? Each time I get email someone else is in charge, I don't get proper instruction and I'm very troubled. This verification process is not a play. Please be responsible for lost 3 months.
