If for any reason the item you have ordered is not right for you, please return it unused within 7 days of receipt for a refund; or within 14 days for an exchange only. You will also be responsible for any return postage costs involved to return the order, unless otherwise advised. Please note that satchels that have been embossed or had straps adjusted cannot be refunded or exchanged.
