私は先日ご連絡した件に関してまだ回答を貰っていません
どこに連絡をすれば良いですか?
この度はご購入頂いた商品に不具合があったとの事で大変申し訳ありませんでした
確認した所、代替品の在庫がありませんでした
我々が出来る対応方法は以下の2点です。
1、商品を返送頂いた後に全額返金(返送料は我々の負担です)
2、商品を返送頂きソニージャパンに修理を依頼。修理可能であれば完了後に再送します(修理費、送料等は全て我々の負担です)
上記2点の内どちらの対応が良いかお選び頂きご連絡下さい。

Where should I contact?
We are very sorry that there has been some problems with the item you purchased.
We have checked the stock but there was none that can substitute it.
We can offer you either of the followings.
1. After you return the item, we will issue a full refund (we will cover the return shipping fee)
2. After you return the item, we will ask Sony Japan to repair it. If it's possible for them to repair, we will send it to you once it's repaired (we will cover the cost for the repair and the shipping)
Please let us know which of the above you prefer.
