私は日本からアメリカ宛てに荷物を送ったが受取人が受け取っていないと主張している。
この商品は私のアマゾン上の店で買ってくれたバイヤーへの商品だった。そのため彼と揉めてしまっている。
USPSでは配達済みになっているので、別の人物が受け取った可能性がある。
1.受取人ではない人物が受け取った可能性があるので確認してほしい。
2.商品を受け取った人物の署名を見せてほしい。 私からは私が送った際の発送ラベルを見せる事ができる。
3.後日、日本の郵便局から問い合わせがあるので心得ていてほしい。
I've sent the package from Japan to the American address, but the recipient claims he has not picked it up.
This product was bought by a customer from my shop which I operate through Amazon. Because of that, I am having a dispute with him.
I have shipped the product via USPS, so there is a chance that someone else might have picked up the package.
1. I wish to have checked if someone other than the recipient has picked up the package.
2. I would like to see the signature of the person who picked up the package. I can also show you the shipping label I filled out on my end.
3. In the future, you will be getting an inquiring from Japan's post office, so please look out for that.
