i have a question, my daughter recieved a message that you were wanting to cancel the order and if so that would be the second time you would be canceling order on same item but now i am seeing you have posting more at a higher price but yet you said you no longer have any, so could you please tell me how it is you say twice you are out but relist at a higher price? and i am writting this message so that amazon can see it, you cannot keep listing and saying you don't have but relist at the same time at a higher price. please explain.....

I understand that my order was held at customs here in the Uk. I paid the charge however the item was never delivered. Having rung the courier company Parcel Force, they have now informed me it has been sent back to the sender (yourselves).
Can you please confirm that when you receive the returned item you will give me a full refund to the card that was charged?
