また、今回の問題の原因ですが日本モデルを日本から発送するにあたり保証書の発行が必要となります。発行日が過去に遡っているのは、弊社がAmazonに在庫を送ったのがそのタイミングだからです。
また、当社では新品以外の商品は一切販売していませんが、Amazonは返送された商品を検品して新品と判断されると再販する場合があります。
とはいえ、理由がどうであれ私たちはこうした状態の商品をお届けするのは本意ではありません。
