Hi I have bought a canon 100mm macro lens from you in Dec 2013.
I have just got it today, it has two broken part though.
The one is that there is broken and missing switch on AF/M
The other is that there is a glass broken on meter glass.
Functionally, it seems working good and I understand of broken glass a bit because it is used one. But broken and missing switch makes this product less value.
I don't know what you could do with this

こんにちは。私は2013年11月に貴店からキャノンマクロレンズを購入しました。
本日商品を受け取りましたが、部品が2個壊れていました。
壊れた部品の一つは、AF/Mについているスイッチが壊れて落ちています。
もう一つは、メーターのガラスが割れています。
機能的な動作は良好なように思われ、これ中古品なので、割れているガラスについては理解できますが、スイッチが壊れ落ちているのは商品価値を落としています。
貴店がこの問題につき何をしてくれるか分かりません。
