この時計の破損箇所は２カ所ありました。
１・時計のベルトは外れており、私は装着する事ができなかった。非常に残念です。
２・オシャレな化粧箱がセットでついてきますが、この化粧箱は側面が凹んでいました。
私はこの時計を欲しいと思っていますので、返品ではなくて交換をしてほしいと思っています。
しかし私は対応を急いでいます。この時計を12月27日までに届けてほしい。
この場合、私はもう一つ新品をAmazonで購入して、この不良品は返金してもらうと、対応がスムーズだと思うのですが如何でしょうか？
There were two damages of this watch.
1. Because the watchstrap was come off, I could not ware it. I wish it didn’t have to be this way.
2. Although fancy presentation box was included as the set, the side of box was dented.
I really want to have this watch so I would like to request you to send me the replacement but let it return.
However, I want to let you decide in a hurry so please deliver this watch by Dec. 27.
To realize my request, I would like to suggest you in this way that I am going to purchase one more brand new watch at Amazon and let you refund for this defective item so that it make everything smooth. Is this all right for you?
