Шансы на успех
Адвокат правозащитной организации "Агора" Дамир Гайнутдинов в беседе с "Ведомостями" отметил, что если ЕСПЧ признает нарушения, то это может стать основанием для отмены решений судов, прекративших дела об усыновлении. Но решения могут быть пересмотрены и формально, без изменения вердикта.
По словам Карины Москаленко, хотя Европейский суд не может повлиять на внутреннюю политику страны, его решения обязательны к исполнению.
