画像自体の容量やキャッシュの問題ではありません。プログラムを読み込むスピードに問題があると思います。
例えば、aaa.phpの以下のコードの箇所を削除して動作を確認すると0.8秒です。かなり速くなります。元々は2秒以上かかります。

これで問題は解決したと思いましたが画像のアップロード時にエラーになります。

I understand the below guidelines.
The volume of the image itself or the cache is not the problem. I think the problem is in the program's loading speed.
