We intend to assert all of our rights under applicable law, including the registered trademarks of our products such as "Homestar", to prevent parallel imports of our products into Germany by unauthorized distributors. Notwithstanding all electronics being sold in Europe must have a CE marking which shall be mandatory complied by manufacture, we are afraid that the products you sell in Germany do not fulfill the requirement which could risk our reputation in a significant way.
