あいにくですが、今回ご予約くださった部屋はエキストラベッドがご用意出来ないタイプです。
ついては、トリプルベッドタイプへ予約を変更するか、お子さまに添い寝いただくことを提案します。ご希望の通り、エキストラベッドを手配しました。
追加料金は9999円になりますので、現地にて宿泊料金と合わせてお支払いください。
また、エキストラベッドを入れる場合の部屋はツインベッドタイプになるので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Thank you for your inquiries. Unfortunately, an extra bed won't fit in the room you have reserved. We are afraid we are going to have to ask you to reserve a triple bed room or share the bed with your child. As you have requested, we have arranged an extra bed. It will be 9,999 yen at additional cost and the payment can be made with the accommodation fee at the hotel.
Furthermore, please note that the room will have to be twin bed type if you include an extra bed.

あいにくですが、予約された2つの部屋は建物が異なるため、部屋と部屋を近くにすることが出来ません。
予約の部屋にはコネクトタイプがないので、同じ階の近くに用意します。
ご希望通り、次の到着まで荷物をお預かりすることが可能です。到着時にフロントに申し付けください

Please kindly let me know if you still would like to use the extra bed, then we will gladly arrange the extra bed as per your request, and the extra charge will be JPY9,999 (前文より訂正).
Unfortunately, since the 2 rooms you reserved are in different building, we are unable to accommodate the close location for these 2 rooms.
Since the reserved rooms do not have connect-type, we will arrange it near on the same floor.
As your wish, we will gladly keep your luggage until your next arrival. Please kindly notify the front desk at the time of your arrival.
