返信が遅くなりすみません。
前回頂いた資料と前回の通関時の証明書と、WEBサイトのURLを通関に提出しました。
本日担当から連絡が来て、それらの資料に加えてXXXとYYYのもっと詳しい使い方の説明書と装着した画像が欲しいと言われました。
WEBサイトの説明と画像では不足との事です。
通関が米軍で実際に使われている武器パーツではないか？と誤解しているらしいので、単に模倣した玩具である事を説明しないとならないようです。
お手数ですが何か資料がありましたらメールで頂けると助かります。

I apologize for the late response.
The previous received data and the custom clearance certificate and the URL of the website have been submitted to customs.
I was informed by the person in charge today that they want to have a more detailed user manual for XXX and YYY and the installation images in addition to those data.
This means that the explanation on the website and the images are not enough.
Customs seem to have misinterpreted it as a weapon part being used in the US army so we need to explain that this is merely a toy imitation.
I would really appreciate it if you can send over any data that you have via email.

Sorry for the late reply.

It is because of insufficient instruction and image in the website.
The customs has doubts if it is a weapon parts used in US Army .So we have to explain that
