I was able to get in touch with MYusa.com and found out what happened. I found out the freight forwarder uses the Suite # to determine who the package belongs to. Since we had shipped similar products before to this exact same address, the factory did not enter the correct suite number and just sent it to the address they already had in their system.

The factory should have placed this on the label....

I know now how the system works at MYUSA.com and can make sure future shipments are labelled properly. I will have another set of glasses sent out from our warehouse to make sure the label is correct this time. This should ship out today and our system should email you the tracking number at the end of the afternoon.
