thank you for your recent email. Yes, DHL and German customs held off the package ALTHOUGH you really did everything right. I personally collected the package two days later (it took them that long to inform me about the held-off).
German customs is a real nuisance and a shame for an industrialised and modern country like Germany. But unless the industry and politicians from outside Germany complain about the circumstances to German politicians, not much will change. I myself complained several times, without any effect, off course. As I said, you customs declaration was perfect.

ドイツの税関は本当に厄介で、ドイツのような産業国であり近代的な国家にも関わらず、残念です。しかし、ドイツ国外の産業界や政治家がドイツの政治家に不満を言わない限り、事情はさほど変わらない事でしょう。私自身は何度もクレームをつけましたが、やはり効果はありませんでした。先ほども言ったように、あなたの税関申告書は完璧なものでした。
